I feel like someone’s beat my legs with a bat for a night.
I’ve taken some longer walks during lunch the past two days but nothing above and beyond what I’ve done on more adventurous days.
They felt like putty this morning. And after sitting at my desk for an hour and then getting up — feels like I’ve ran a marathon.
